Most of us are pretty busy, so we want to make the best of our cooking time! One of the best things about the Griddler is being able to prepare great-tasting meals quickly, without sacrificing your health.
The Cuisinart Griddler heats up fairly fast. By the time you've got your burgers, or chicken breasts, or sausages, or pork loin chops ready to grill, it's ready to go. Compared to pan-frying or oven-cooking, the meat will be done very fast. Both sides are being cooked at the same time, so the meat comes out tender and juicy, too.

Cover a 6-8 inch tortilla with a thin layer of light cream cheese. Then fill with your favorite ingredients -- I like to use chopped chicken, chopped tomatoes, English cucumber, sweet onions, red leaf lettuce, etc. For dressing I use a mix of fat-free yogurt and my favorite real mayonnaise because it has more of a tangy taste. Then I'll use some hot taco sauce for extra flavor. Use your own favorite flavors.
Fold up the bottom of the wrap, then fold over one side toward the middle and roll to close (one end will be open). Place wrap on lightly oiled grill plates, close and grill for five minutes at medium heat. Sprinkle a little parmesan or grated cheddar in the open end, and use extra dressing for dipping. Very tasty!
